Is this you?
The sentences people bring me sound like this.
"I know this cannot go on, but I do not know what to do next."
"I know what I want, and I keep talking myself out of it."
"I keep repeating the same pattern even though I see it
clearly."
"I do not trust myself to make the decision."
"I have changed a lot, and I am still stuck in this one area."
"I want my life to feel like mine again."
If one of those landed, you are not short on motivation. You have
plenty. What you want is a place to think out loud, question what
you are assuming, look at the evidence and decide what you want to
do, without anyone telling you what your life should look like.
That is the work. It might touch relationships, boundaries,
self-worth, confidence, decisions, work, money, identity, people
pleasing, fear, putting things off, your own standards or a big
life change. The question underneath is always the same:
how do you stop leaving yourself behind inside the decisions
that build your life?
Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis, medical care or crisis
support. If another kind of help would serve you better, I will
say so. Sometimes that is the most useful thing that can come out
of a conversation.
