Hello, I am Stella

For the girl who waited.

That is the dedication in my book. For every version of me that learned to survive before she learned she could choose. And for you, if some part of your life has been waiting too.

The long way round

I did not learn this from a textbook.

I grew up with money worries, with control, with fear, and with things changing again and again before I was ready. Most of my early life taught me to adapt, stay alert, avoid trouble and watch very closely what other people needed from me. Those habits had a job to do. They helped me get through the world I was actually living in.

But some of them followed me into my adult life. Waiting. Giving too much. Pleasing people. Staying longer than I wanted to stay. Looking outside myself for permission, for safety, for certainty. Knowing something was wrong and still not being able to move.

My life started to change when I stopped asking only "why is this happening to me?" and started asking "what am I going to do with what I know now?"

The answer did not arrive as one big transformation. It arrived as decisions. Leaving my parents' home at 27. Building my own money after more than ten years inside the family business. Holding myself up through different jobs and different industries. Building a career. Managing people and businesses. Creating my own practice. Leaving a marriage and an entire life I had spent years building.

Starting again at 38 with a new job, a rented room, very little margin and no promise at all that the future I was choosing would be kinder than the life I was leaving. And then building again. Different work. Different relationships. Different standards. And, slowly, a completely different relationship with myself.

The work

Less about one clever technique. More about the questions underneath.

I started studying personal development, coaching and gentle practices around 2015, trying to understand the patterns I could see in my own life. That search took me through years of training in coaching, meditation, breathwork, EFT, Reiki and ThetaHealing. In 2018 I started working with clients through my own practice.

Over time the work became less about any single method and more about the questions underneath all of them. Why do people repeat behaviour they can see is hurting them? Why can saying no feel dangerous when nobody is threatening you? Why does confidence so often turn up after the action instead of before it? And how do you learn to trust yourself again after years of talking yourself out of what you knew?

My working life goes beyond coaching too: sales, hospitality, healthcare management, marketing, copywriting, business development and leadership. I have managed teams, had the hard conversations, hired people and supported them, and carried responsibility from several sides of a business. Which is exactly how I know a pattern never stays politely in one area. The person who cannot say no at home usually says yes to far too much at work.

What I believe

  • You are not broken. You are following rules you never chose.
  • Fear, anger and guilt carry information. The real question is whether an emotion gets a voice in the decision or takes the whole decision.
  • Sometimes the problem is a belief. Sometimes the relationship really is unhealthy, the workload really is impossible, or you genuinely need more money, more help or more support. The work is learning to tell the difference.
  • Coaching should grow your trust in yourself, not your need for me.
  • Understanding is not the finish line. Your life changes through what you choose to do with what you know.
  • Nobody gets to hand you a life. You build it, one honest decision at a time.

Today

I work with people who know something has to change.

People who keep repeating the same pattern, doubting what they already know, putting off decisions, or struggling to trust themselves enough to move. Privately, by video call, in English or Italian, from wherever in the world you are reading this.
